Count On It: PTH Launches Vacant Building Count

On Feb. 9 Picture the Homeless (PTH), a homeless advocacy organization, and Hunter College’s Center for Community Planning and Development announced the launch of the first-ever count of vacant buildings and lots throughout the five boroughs.
