Manhattan Neighborhood Network to Offer New Round of Trainings

Indypendent Staff Jan 19, 2016

Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN) is the nation’s largest community media center and provides education, facilities, and programs to community producers and organizations who want to create programming to air on one of MNN's four channels.

Beginning this week, MNN will host a series of free, hands-on trainings in video production including how to use a digital video camera, how to produce a television show in-studio and how to produce a television show from any location in the field. These trainings will be held at MNN’s main studio at 537 W. 59th St. and at its El Barrio Firehouse Community Media Center at 175 East 104th St.

To participate in these programs you must have proof of Manhattan residency and attend an MNN orientation.
