A running history tour focused on Bushwick’s cultural and industrial history, having once been the beer brewing center of the city and country. Open to runners and non-runners alike and ending a nearby brewery. Funds go to Mil Mundos, a bilingual bookshop and community space.

What’s Going On, Marvin Gaye’s 1971 classic concept album sung from the point of view of a Vietnam vet who returns home to a country torn by hatred, suffering and injustice, has become a cultural touchstone — and its relevance today is chilling. Felicia Collins, Toshi Reagon, Siedah Garrett, Kecia Lewis perform songs from the record.
